Black Ruby Imperial Stout is an English-Style Imperial Stout characterized by layers of dark malt complexity fused with People’s Don Wilfredo coffee beans, Wellington Chocolate Factory Dominican cacao nibs, and raspberries. Brewed for GABS 2016.

An imperial type of beer uses twice the malt in the same volume of water as a typical beer for extra sugar (alcohol) and flavour. This imperial stout was first brewed for GABS 2016 as our festival beer. It features Wellington roasted People's coffee and Domincan Cacao nibs from The Wellington Chocolate Factory.
