Our shipping & returns policies


At Covid Alert Levels 3 & 2 and as of 1 October 2021, the courier services are showing a some delays in domestic deliveries. Please be patient and allow for up to 7 additional days to have your orders delivered to you in New Zealand.

International freight times are estimates only and actual times may vary. FedEx is our preferred option for international retail orders.  COVID-19 is impacting both air and sea freight and causing significant disruptions through lack of cargo space on planes, port delays for loading and unloading containers and general port congestion are adding considerable time to freight handling.


Our prices are GST/VAT (tax) inclusive to the regions we ship to.


All Locations:
Please double-check your address: we can not be held responsible if you put the wrong address on your order or do not provide contact details to allow us to attempt to remedy delivery errors. Please note that rates and transit times to various regions, and access to regions are subject to change.

New Zealand:
Deliveries within the North and South Islands of New Zealand are freight free, except for orders sent to Waiheke Island, where we must, alas, charge an additional $25 for freight to cover our costs.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. While our website is on 24/7, our dispatch team enjoys having the weekends and Public Holidays off. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays; orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days. In general, goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order and should arrive at the majority of New Zealand non-rural addresses within 5 business days. The holiday season/silly season may cause shipping delays before Christmas. Also from the 24th of December till the 6th of January our warehouse will be mostly closed, so please expect orders placed after Christmas Eve to be dispatched after 7 January.

We email you track and trace shipping details when your order is collected by our courier service. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct email address for these notices and the correct delivery address for your order. Please contact us if you have not received your order 5 business days after we have sent this shipping detail email. All orders are considered to have been received in good order after 10 working days have passed from the day they shipped. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us before this time has passed.

All orders are being sent via FedEx International Economy for the fastest possible delivery.

Australian export shipping rates (added to your order at checkout): NZD$105 per box.

Deliveries can be made to main hubs (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth) at a flat rate cost per carton (one carton of up to 6 x 500ml bottles, or up to 24 x 330ml cans). Remote deliveries may be subject to a surcharge and we reserve the right to refuse and refund orders in the event that these surcharges are not able to be covered. Delivery times may vary due to local COVID-19 restrictions.

United Kingdom:
All orders are being sent via FedEx International Priority. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

UK export shipping rates (added to your order at checkout): NZD$250 per box.

All sales are final. At our discretion, we may choose to offer a refund on orders cancelled in writing before they are dispatched, or if we are able to recover them from the courier service within 5 business days from date of shipping.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on beer. If you receive beer that you feel is faulty, please keep your receipt and the product and contact us immediately. We will do our best to set it right.
