Our shipping & returns policies

Our prices are freight and GST inclusive to anywhere in the North and South Islands of New Zealand, except for orders sent to Waiheke Island, where we must, alas, charge additional for freight.


Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. While our website is on 24/7, our dispatch team enjoys having the weekends and Public Holidays off. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays; orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.

We email you track and trace shipping details when your order is collected by our courier service. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct email address for these notices and the correct delivery address for your order. Please contact us if you have not received your order 5 business days after we have sent this shipping detail email, and we will try and locate your order.

In general, goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order and should arrive at the majority of New Zealand non-rural addresses within 5 business days.

The holiday season/silly season may cause shipping delays before Christmas. Also from the 24th of December till the 6th of January our warehouse will be mostly closed, so please expect orders placed after Christmas Eve to be dispatched after 7 January.


All sales are final. At our discretion, we may choose to offer a refund on orders cancelled in writing before they are dispatched, or if we are able to recover them from the courier service within 5 business days from date of shipping.

All orders are considered to have been received in good order after 10 working days have passed from the day they shipped. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us before this time has passed.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on beer. If you receive beer that you feel is faulty, please keep your receipt and the product and contact us immediately. We will do our best to set it right.
