Our shipping & returns policies

Our prices are freight and GST inclusive. That’s right – we do not charge additional for freight sent anywhere in the North and South Islands of New Zealand. We reserve the right to add a freight surcharge should you want your order sent to Waiheke Island.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. While our website is on 24/7 our dispatch team enjoys having the weekends and Public Holidays off. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.

The holiday season may also cause a little delay so please be aware that between the 24th of December & around the 6th of January our warehouse will be mostly closed so please expect orders placed in this period to be dispatched upon arrival back from these dates.

Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the order and should be received to the majority of New Zealand Addresses within 5 working days. International order delivery will vary and depend on the location and shipping service used.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on beer. If you receive beer that you feel is faulty, please keep your receipt and the product and contact us immediately. We will do our best to set it right.
