Covid-19

At Covid Level 2 and as of 27 May 2020, the courier services are showing improvement in delivery times. Please be patient and allow for up to 5 additional days to have your orders delivered to you in New Zealand.

GST/VAT

Our prices are GST/VAT (tax) inclusive to the regions we ship to.

SHIPPING

New Zealand:
Deliveries within the North and South Islands of New Zealand are freight free, except for orders sent to Waiheke Island, where we must, alas, charge an additional $20 for freight to cover our costs.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. While our website is on 24/7, our dispatch team enjoys having the weekends and Public Holidays off. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays; orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days. In general, goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order and should arrive at the majority of New Zealand non-rural addresses within 5 business days. The holiday season/silly season may cause shipping delays before Christmas. Also from the 24th of December till the 6th of January our warehouse will be mostly closed, so please expect orders placed after Christmas Eve to be dispatched after 7 January.

We email you track and trace shipping details when your order is collected by our courier service. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct email address for these notices and the correct delivery address for your order. Please contact us if you have not received your order 5 business days after we have sent this shipping detail email. All orders are considered to have been received in good order after 10 working days have passed from the day they shipped. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us before this time has passed.

Australia:
All orders are being sent via sea freight during Covid-19 due to lack of reliable air freight options.

Australian export shipping rates (added to your order at checkout): NZD$66 per box.

Deliveries can be made to main hubs (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth) at a flat rate cost per carton (one carton of 3 x 500ml bottles, or up to 24 x 330ml cans). Remote deliveries may be subject to a surcharge and we reserve the right to refuse and refund orders in the event that these surcharges are not able to be covered. Delivery times of up to 4 weeks from date of dispatch from the brewery are possible.
Delivery rates and delivery times are subject to change.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and are consolidated with our international freight handler. These are shipped once per week and arrive into Australia the following week with local delivery times of up to 10 working days once in Australia. Shorter times can be expected for deliveries near major urban hubs (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth). Please double-check your address: we can not be held responsible if you put the wrong address on your order or do not provide contact details to allow us to attempt to remedy delivery errors.

United States:
All orders are being sent via sea freight during Covid-19 due to lack of reliable air freight options.

United States export shipping rates (added to your order at checkout): NZD$130 per box.

We cannot ship to the USA without a phone number.
We cannot ship to MS, NH, ND, SD, and UT.

Orders are shipped monthly and consolidated for sea-freight. Please allow upwards of 10 weeks for delivery. We look forward to this improving after Covid-19 travel restrictions are lifted.

United Kingdom:
All orders are being sent via sea freight during Covid-19 due to lack of reliable air freight options.

UK export shipping rates (added to your order at checkout): NZD$155 per box.

Orders are shipped monthly and consolidated for sea-freight. Please allow upwards of 14 weeks for delivery. We look forward to this improving after Covid-19 travel restrictions are lifted.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. At our discretion, we may choose to offer a refund on orders cancelled in writing before they are dispatched, or if we are able to recover them from the courier service within 5 business days from date of shipping.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on beer. If you receive beer that you feel is faulty, please keep your receipt and the product and contact us immediately. We will do our best to set it right.
