Made with sorghum, millet, and NZ Pacific Jade, Green Bullet and Goldings hops. This lovely, nutty and roasty, gluten-free dark ale has a coffee and bitter cocoa aroma and resinous floral hop notes on a toasty, biscuity malt base.

This is our first successful attempt at a dark GF ale. We used dark crystal and roasted millet to add the colour to the beer.
