About This Beer
We made our non-alcoholic Ginger Beer soda with ginger, turmeric, cane sugar and beet sugar. It’s elegant and yet simple and goes great over ice, or as a mixer. This newest batch is properly lush, deep amber and spicy. Now with more ginger than ever with 16% being pure ginger juice. This has resulted in a small price increase, but I think you will find the flavour is great and it has a nice bite.
The label features tawaki (Fjordland crested penguins) as they get up to what some researchers have termed “general penguinery.”

Brewers Notes
We were inspired by Jamaican-style ginger beer for it's warmth and sultry finish. Our version is made with Fijian-grown ginger and turmeric. It's rather spicier, lush, and a bit drier than similar offerings in New Zealand. Check it out!
