Karengo is an edible purple seaweed from Kaikoura, NZ. A Gose (go-sah) is a cloudy German wheat beer brewed with salted water. Karengose (Ka-ren-go-sah) fuses German style & NZ Karengo into something rich and strange, tart & briny with a luscious sour finish. 8-10°C.

Come Bye is an amber red ale, made with shepherd's delight red malt, hopped with Rakau and New Zealand Goldings hops, mildly bitter, with a creamy oaty finish. Low 2.5% ABV so you can come by, drink beer, and still go away again.
