Dark & Stormy (5.9%ABV)
Dark & Stormy Belgian Stout is a delicious stout recipe made with a Belgian yeast. The dark malts offer roasted coffee and chocolate flavours, with fruity esters from the Belgian yeast, and a dry smooth finish.
Serve at 10-12°C.

Mandarina (6.0%ABV)
Usually Kereru uses only NZ-grown hops, but in this rare instance we have used German Mandarina hops, which are bright citrusy and aromatic. This beer is light in colour and body, refreshing and hop-focused. |

Pilot Saison ~ 5.0% ABV
A classic Belgian-style saison made with Styrian Goldings hops with fruity tropical notes from the Belgian yeast. A tiny 250 litre test batch.

Wee Ginger Lassie ~ 4.0%ABV
An American wheat ale made with ginger, mango, cardamom, and Pacific Jade hops. Easygoing summery ale with fragranrt tropical and spice notes. A tiny 250 litre test batch. |

This was the first test batch version; the new Yellowhead has no actual pineapple, just pineapple aroma hops. |
Yellowhead IPA~ 4.5%ABV.
Yellowhead IPA is a pineapple Session IPA that combines sweet, intense pineapple with fruity NZ hops and a light, drinkable malt body. An exuberant fruitiness brings the sunshine with an intensely aromatic nose of pineapple and classic NZ hops carefully balanced by a light, biscuity maltiness that lets the hops and pineapple shine. Serve at 5-8°C.

Maunga Taonga ~ 9.8%ABV
Maunga Taonga (Mountain Treasure) Black Barleywine is made with Pohutukawa honey and dark malts. Warming and roasty with a hint of floral sweetness tempered by NZ Goldings hops for bittering.

Saison Slipper: Small French Ale
A French saison is a funky farmhouse ale, spicy with hints of clove & ours has a nice malty backbone. Sessionable with a small kick. 3.9% ABV. Serve at 8-10°C.

Farmhouse Pale Ale ~ 6.0% ABV
Farmhouse Pale Ale is a cross between a classic Belgian Saison and a hoppy NZ Pale Ale using all NZ malt and hops and a Belgian Saison yeast. Expect classic funky and complex saison yeast character combined with Motueka, Rakau and NZ Cascade hops to create a refreshing ale with a dry tart finish.

An assertively-hopped IPA with bitter marmalade hop flavour balanced against malt sweetness with NZ cascade hops on the nose. Complements rich or spicy foods. Serve at 8-10°C.

Fresh Hop Resonator IPA is a pale golden India Pale Ale infused with a mountain of Nelson Sauvin fresh hops. More subtle resinous and grapefruit notes compared to the original's passionfruit.
