New England-Style Birch Beer

Birch Beer is a cousin of root beer or sarsparilla, and ours is made with the traditional soda sugars of cane sugar and beet sugar. The birch tree's sap tastes of wintergreen, and the old recipe had many other flavours and spices.

Our Birch Beer is a sweet fizzy soft drink, strongly flavoured with wintergreen, star anise, and malt.
Serve cold.
